Data Processing Addendum

Processor posture

For regulated-firm workspaces, Lakaros expects to act as a processor for customer-provided personal data and as a controller for account, security, and billing/contact administration data, subject to final legal review.

Security and subprocessors

The production DPA pack will identify hosting, authentication, email, observability, and storage subprocessors before external client data is accepted. This draft records the onboarding reference and does not replace a negotiated DPA.

International transfers and retention

The intended product posture is EU-focused infrastructure and minimal data retention consistent with the workspace lifecycle. Any transfer mechanism or deletion commitment must be verified before production use.
